On & On & On

On & On & On is a game prototype that was developed for Northeastern's GAME3300 Game Interface class.

The concept behind the idea was to introduce a spin on the Visual Novel genre: a Triple Visual Novel. Imagine you-- the playable character-- have the ability to project your consciousness into three places at the same time! And right now... you're feeling a little socially adventurous; somehow you've found yourself in three potentially heart-pounding scenarios!

Here's the problem though. You're only one person, so you can only really pay attention to one person at a time. Try your best to follow each conversation as best as you can, and make sure your encounters run smoothly! 

...or you can just focus on one, like a normal human being without split consciousness powers would.

At the start, you first need to select a character using the arrow keys, then press space to start the game.

Once in the game, the text will proceed automatically (if text seems to pausing for a while, it's because it's waiting for another character's textbox to finish)

This will continue until you receive a prompting message. You'll then be given options to choose how to respond to the person asking you the question. Here's the twist though: your answer will be said aloud to all 3 of them. So choose carefully!
